Katie went shopping earlier this month in Berlin, Germany, and brought along a sleepy and insanely adorable Suri, who took a nap on mommy’s shoulder. Katie carried sleeping Suri around for a while, but decided to cut the shopping trip short and head back to their hotel.

Victoria Beckham denies Scientology ever gets in the way of her friendship with Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, according to US reports.

In an interview to be broadcast on NBC’s Today show on Thursday, Victoria says the couple have been a source of support to her family as they prepare to move to the US and describes the couple as “wonderful” people.

She says: “There’s been so much made of the Scientology - the this, the that.

“They are genuinely lovely people. Wonderful family.”

Victoria denied the issue of scientology ever came up.

“They do their thing. We do our thing. They are a wonderful family,” she says.

“She’s a very strong, sweet, lovely girl. She’s helped me so much with the move. She’s genuinely a nice girl.”

The latest issue of the magazine will feature 19 celebrities who wield power because of their talents in six categories: beauty queens, style setters, entertainers, newsmakers, survivors and body shapers.

Katie is praised for her “refreshing girl-next-door look” as well as her fashionable cropped haircut.

Since marrying Tom Cruise and becoming a mum, actress Katie Holmes, 28, hasn’t been sent any movie scripts that take her fancy.

So her 45-year-old husband’s offering to produce her projects.

‘Kate is a little disillusioned with acting at the moment, especially as she’s taken to being a mother so wholeheartedly,’ a source tells The Daily Express.

‘She’s not interested by many of the roles she is being offered so Tom has stepped in with some ideas of his own.’

The Mission Impossible star believes audiences will be wowed if the couple collaborate on-screen.

‘He has one project he wants both of them to star in and another he will produce with Katie in the lead,’ says the source.

‘He wants to build a whole production company around her.’
