Tom Cruise will hit the big 45 on July and his wife, the fabulous Katie Holmes is already lining up plans for the birthday boy. An insider tells In Touch Weekly that they pair are planning a family celebration in Germany. When he turned 40, he marked his special day by renting out The Buffalo Club in Santa Monica.
My how things have changed. Katie and baby Suri seemingly have finally grounded Cruise after a very public and wild courtship and for this birthday, he wants to have a low-key celebration with Katie and his kids. Good for them.
The magazine notes that since their romance began two summers ago, Katie has joined Tom in his travels. On a recent trip to romantic Madrid, Spain, the couple went dancing. “Katie told me she and Tom stayed out until the early hours,” says the friend. “They both had a great time.”
The next stop for the couple was the south of France, where they attended a friend’s wedding and relived their own courtship. “Katie says they were in a really romantic mood because France is where he proposed to her,” says the pal. “Katie is happier than ever and she couldn’t be more in love with Tom.’
